These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any work we do for you — those live in the written estimate and invoice you sign, and those documents govern the job.

You are welcome to read, print and share anything here. Please don’t copy the site wholesale, scrape it, or use it to build a competing one.

The guides and articles on this site are general information about home systems, written to be useful. They are not a diagnosis of your equipment. Every home is different, and nothing here replaces having a technician actually look at it.

Do not attempt work on gas, electrical or pressurized systems based on something you read here.

Any prices, savings or offers shown on this site are subject to the terms published with them and can change. A price becomes a commitment when it is on a written estimate, not before.

Rebates, tax credits and manufacturer incentives are set by those programs, not by us, and their eligibility rules and end dates are theirs to change.

Booking online hands you over to Housecall Pro, our scheduling provider. Their terms and privacy policy apply to what happens there.
