OUR STORY
A Company Built on
Doing Right by People
Family-owned, Lansdale-based, and built on one belief — that a trade company should treat your home like it’s their own.
"Keeping you cozy, your home comfort specialist."

MEET SHAWN
We’re Your Neighbors, Not a Call Center
Shawn started Cozy to bring back good old-fashioned quality work, care, and respect, and promises to always be someone you’d be happy to bump into at the grocery store.
We’re not a franchise. Not a private-equity rollup. Just real people from this community doing honest work — showing up when we say we will, giving you a straight answer, and standing behind everything we do.
“We want to be the kind of company you’d be happy to bump into at the grocery store.”

HOW WE OPERATE
What We Actually Believe In
1
Honest Pricing
You get a written estimate before we touch anything. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice.
2
Real Accountability
We call you after every job. If something isn’t right, we come back — no charge, no debate.
3
No Sales Pressure
We’ll tell you honestly whether to repair or replace. Our recommendation is based on what’s right for you, not what’s most profitable for us.
4
Community First
We live in this area. We shop at the same stores and send our kids to the same schools. Our reputation here matters more than any single job.
LICENSED & QUALIFIED
Credentials You Can Verify
We carry every license and certification required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and we’re happy to provide proof before any work begins.
