Warranty Questions
Full warranty terms are written into your estimate before any work starts.
Why is it 10 years on some systems and 12 on others?
It depends on the equipment. Ducane systems carry a 10-year parts & labor warranty; high-efficiency Daikin systems carry 12 years. Your estimate names the system and its warranty before you decide.
Does the 2-year repair warranty cover parts, labor, or both?
Both. Every service repair is covered for parts and labor for 2 years — 3 years with an active Cozy Comfort Club membership.
What would void a warranty?
Having anyone other than Cozy Home Services work on the equipment we installed or repaired. If something goes wrong, call us first at (610) 809-6903.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Call us at (610) 809-6903. We’ll look at what’s wrong and tell you plainly whether it’s covered.
